Mediation Fees
Two-party mediations
£200 per hour for a two-party
mediation. Assuming a 10 hour mediation plus up to 5 hours preparation,
totalling 15 hours, the total 2-party mediation fee would be £3,000 + travel
+ VAT
Three-party mediations
£225 per hour for a
three-party mediation. Assuming a 10 hour mediation plus up to 5 hours
preparation, totalling 15 hours, the total 2-party mediation fee would be
£3,375 + travel + VAT

What Next?

Terms and Conditions
- I only accept mediation appointments in which both or all parties are represented by solicitors.
- In the event of cancellation of the mediation within 7 days of the date fixed for the mediation, I will be entitled to charge for preparation time actually spent at the relevant hourly rate plus any expenses actually incurred plus VAT.
- Not later than 7 days before the date fixed for the mediation, the solicitors for the parties must supply to me in writing one or more solicitors' undertakings which cumulatively amount to binding legal and professional commitments to pay not later than 28 days after delivery to them of my invoice the whole of my fee (including any cancellation fee), disbursements and VAT.
- My invoices will be addressed to and payable by the firm or firms of solicitors.
- All expenses incurred by me in relation to the mediation such as travel expenses and any necessary accommodation costs are invoiced at cost plus VAT.
